Sugar is a major problem in our society in so many ways … Inflammation, Diabetes, Cancer, Weight issues, Acne, Depression and so many other health concerns. I remember a health professional telling me her feelings regarding sugar soon after my diagnoses with cancer, she said, “If ever there were a drug that had as many side effects as sugar, it would be removed immediately”.

So what’s the answer? Actually it could be as simple as taking the time to educate yourself on the health risks of too much sugar intake and simply changing your diet.

But let’s be real here, most people won’t take the time to learn or actually commit to diet changes until they have a health issue. I know that’s harsh but I think it’s true for many people. I know it was hard for me to change my sugar habits until I got cancer.

It’s really all about reacting after the fact or possibly preventing the issue from ever developing!

Many people substitute diet drinks, sugar free foods and similar type products but the problem with that is, many of them contain aspartame and other chemicals which many professionals claim to be harmful and in fact dangerous to your health.

I know for me this little example surely opened my eyes and I hope it will for you as well?

In a 12 ounce can of Coke there are 39 grams of sugar. That equals just over 9 tea-spoons of sugar. If you take a clear glass and add just over 9 tea-spoons of sugar into it, I’m sure it will be a reality check for many people.

What might be even scarier is the fact that many people drink several cans daily! Of course if you add a couple donuts or a candy bar in the mix, imagine what that glass of sugar would look like.

I could share several links here that support my point but you can easily do a search and find them for yourself. My goal was simply to share an example that you may not have considered before. Prevention is always better than Treatment!

One link I will include in this post is to a product I am very impressed with and have actually shared the same product with medical professionals which I am happy to say, have been very impressed with as well! The other links might be very helpful as well.

I hope this post will leave you with another way to look at the dangers of too much sugar in your diet and make some better choices. You really can make a difference if you choose to do so.

Sounds like a wild idea, right? Can you really get unlimited targeted traffic in 15 minutes? Not only can you do so, but I am going to tell you how. If you like to get unlimited, targeted traffic in any niche to your website listen up, for I am about to tell you the way to do it.

See it here.

You may think I am pulling your leg, but the fact is that after you are done reading this blog and put to action what I state here, your traffic ticker will explode. And the best part is the way to do it is by using a system I created. That’s right. The secret is to using my system.

See it here.

You may then ask what system I am talking about. I am talking about a powerful and effective technique that is built around a five-step process. It is a system that when set up, will pump traffic to your website so fast that it will make your head spin. All you will need to do is perform all the actions required, and take a look at your hit counter. Then go do something fun for 15 minutes. Then come back and take another look at your hit counter. You will faint when you see how many hits you got within just 15 minutes.

If you think I am joking here this. I have a friend who owns a website. Before using my amazingly powerful program, his website was getting about 1000 hits a month. After he put my five-step program into action, he saw his hit counter go from 1000 hits a month to a 1000 hits in an hour. If he can see this kind of results, so can you.

Superfoods to Combat Cirrhosis of the Liver.

Cirrhosis refers to the replacement of damaged liver cells by fibrous scar tissue which disrupts the liver’s important functions. Cirrhosis occurs as a result of excessive alcohol intake (most common), common viral hepatitis, obstruction of the bile ducts, and exposure to certain drugs or toxic substances.

People with cirrhosis often experience loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting and weight loss, giving them an emaciated appearance. Diet alone does not contribute to the development of this liver disease. People who are well nourished, for example, but drink large amounts of alcohol, are also susceptible to alcoholic disease.

Adults with cirrhosis require a balanced diet rich in protein to allow the liver cells to regenerate. However, too much protein will result in an increased amount of ammonia in the blood; too little protein can reduce healing of the liver. Doctors must carefully prescribe the correct amount of protein for a person with cirrhosis.

In addition to protein, a balanced diet with adequate calories, fats, and carbohydrates can actually help the damaged liver to regenerate new liver cells. In fact, in some liver diseases, nutrition becomes an essential form of treatment.

Grains and legumes are great protein sources for those who suffer from cirrhosis. Red meat should be avoided since the liver is not working to its optimal capacity and most likely will have trouble processing fats. Nuts, seeds, and soy products are also good sources of low-fat protein.

Oatmeal, brown rice, whole grain breads and pastas should be part of a healthy balanced diet, as they are all whole grain carbohydrates that provide a steady supply of energy, important for your body’s ability to heal.

Cereals, breads, potatoes and legumes are great sources for the B-complex vitamins, which bolster metabolism, maintain healthy skin and muscle tone, enhance immune and nervous system function, promote cell growth and division — including that of the red blood cells that help prevent anemia. Together, they also help combat the symptoms and causes of stress, which is important to keep in check when you’re nursing your body back to health.

Citrus fruits, red berries, tomatoes, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, red and green bell peppers, cabbage, and spinach, are all great sources of vitamin C, which helps promote a healthy immune system. It’s imperative to stay as healthy as possible during the healing process, so your body can focus on liver repair.

Coupled with plenty of rest and lots of fresh water to help flush the toxins from your system, a well-balanced nutrition plan and a healthy, proactive relationship with your healthcare provider should put you well on the road to recovery.

You may find this PDF on your Liver very informative as well. The liver is the only organ our body has the ability to regenerate so it just makes sense to maintain it don’t you agree?

<a href="http://www.forhealthyoptions.info/Liver.pdf"target="_blank">Click here to view the PDF file.

I think you will find it very helpful for sure.

I like to refer to B Vitamins as the “Happy Vitamin” simply because it seems to take the edge off especially when you are stressed out like so many of us are today. Keep in mind that they work together and balance is key for optimal results.

There is a lot of discussion about the B complex vitamin and how it is essential for the body to perform a multitude of functions. However, the B complex vitamin is not simply one very complicated vitamin, as the name might suggest. There are actually eight B vitamins that are in the B complex vitamin as well as a few other related substances. The eight vitamins that make up the B complex vitamin are thiamine or vitamin B1, riboflavin or vitamin B2, niacin or vitamin B3, pyridoxine or vitamin B6, cobalamine or vitamin B12, folic acid, pantothenic acid and biotin. The other related substances that are also in the B complex vitamin include choline, inositol and para-aminobenzoic acid.

Every part of the B complex vitamin performs its own individual function within the body but it is when they work together as the B complex vitamin that they provide essential maintenance for the body to remain healthy. The B vitamin complex comprises B vitamins which are water soluble and it is essential that enough of these vitamins are consumed on a daily basis. The body cannot store water soluble vitamins such as the B complex vitamin and this leads to a regular intake being required.

The B complex vitamins are extremely beneficial for a number of conditions and may be needed in additional quantities at certain times in a person’s life. Of course, there is a recommended daily allowance for the B complex vitamins that varies according to the sex and age of a person. However, doctors and other health professionals have discovered the benefits of increasing the intake of the B complex vitamin to help overcome certain illnesses.

Many people suffer from anxiety and stress at one time or another and research has found that the B complex vitamin can be beneficial in helping alleviate the symptoms of anxiety and stress. If a person has been unwell the B complex vitamin can be extremely valuable in aiding the recovery process. Fatigue can be a symptom of a multitude of illnesses as well as simply overdoing things but the B complex vitamin can help alleviate general tiredness and lethargy.

Interestingly, some skin conditions, such as dermatitis, can also benefit from addition B complex vitamin intake. In fact, a number of creams and other skin preparations contain added vitamin B complex that can be absorbed by the skin to alleviate the condition. The condition of a person’s hair will also be greatly improved with sufficient B complex vitamin intake.

There are several options to ensure that you have sufficient amounts of these important vitamins on a daily basis. Of course you need to remember that balance and bioavailability are critical for any type of vitamin, protein and mineral supplement.

Truth is, there is a huge difference in supplements and in many cases, what you see on the bottle label doesn’t always guarantee that is what’s inside the bottle in the specified amounts. Make informed decisions!

Below are a couple choices for you to checkout and I’m confident that you will see the difference. After all we are talking about your body and it just makes sense to give it the best, don’t you agree?
